The prices in the shop are stated in Kr/SEK (Swedish crowns). Kindly observe that the currency exchange rates vary and we take no responsibility for the changes. We reserve all the rights for our products changes and variations. We also reserve the right for price changes caused by the change in price from the supplier, misprints in the price list as well as errors in prices depending on inaccurate information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
When you have completed an order, our system will automatically send the order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. The email contains all the information about your order, the billing address, shipping address, products, prices and shipping costs. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with your tracking number so that you can follow your order. The Avenue does not take any responsibility for customs clearance. Additional costs may come due to the customs handling.
You may return your order (including items on sale) within 14 days after you have received the order, provided that the product is in its original condition with all labels attached. The item must be in perfect condition and may not be worn, washed or altered in any way. We also need to have the original order number. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control.

The orders that are returning to our warehouse due to the customer doesn’t pick them out at DHL / UPS Service point we debit the original shipping cost + 160 SEK fee (Sweden). For international customers, the fee is the original shipping costs + 250 SEK.
INCORRECT CONTACT DETAILS
Kindly notice that in cases where the customer writes wrong shipping or contact details, resulting in returning goods, we debit the original shipping cost + 160 SEK fee (Sweden). In cases of the customer is filling in incorrect contact details,The Avenue cannot administrate the re-sending or change of the delivery details after the package has been sent.
RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL
We ask you to email us to receive your return voucher. Contact us and send us following information:
- You order number
- Your reason for returning the item
The Avenue is not responsible for any packages that are sent with another return label than the one provided by us. If you choose to use another courier you are responsible for the package and its items until it arrives at our warehouse. If you send back your return with another courier please notify our customer service in advance at info@elcestockholm. Make sure to include correct information about which order you are sending back and which items that are enclosed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF EU
Email us to receive the Proforma Invoice For Return Of Goods and fill out 3 examples of it. Please save the tracking number (written on your return label) to be able to claim the sales tax and the customs duty.
Contact your local UPS office to receive your customs declarations number. They will ask you for your tracking number. When you have received your customs declarations number please contact customs service in your country.
When we ship your items, we do our best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item please send us a picture where we can clearly see the defect and explain the fault. Send the picture attached in an e-mail to email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your claim shall be made directly when you discover the defect, within 14 days. We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear are not considered to be faulty. We can only handle faulty garments from orders that are purchased in our webshop.
If we agree to accept your claim we will send you a new return label by e-mail to use when sending back the faulty garment.
We do not guarantee that the images reflect the product’s exact appearance when a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, the photo quality and resolution. We reserve the rights to all variations in products
We take no responsibility for any delay or failure due to circumstances beyond its current such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
